The Department of Classics and Italian studies of the University of Bologna invites applications for a fully-funded PhD studentship reserved for international students.
The position is funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MIUR) and will complement other 9 fully-funded PhD positions available for the doctorate in Literary and Philological Cultures.
Τhe proposed project has to lie within the following research areas: Classical Philology, Italian Studies, Linguistics, and Digital Humanities. The final dissertation can be written in Italian, English, French, German or Spanish.
According to the university website, doctoral candidates will be required to undertake specific research taught and training activities complient to their area of work, present their work at least once in a national or international Conference, and publish an article in a scientific journal.
